“I don’t have time for ___.”

I don’t fully believe you. But not because your life isn’t full.

You probably are stretched thin. Work, kids, long days, social obligations, the whole rotation. Life drains people more than they expect.

But here’s the part most people get wrong:

The thing you think will drain you even more is the thing that actually gives you energy back.

And because this is a fitness newsletter, you already know what I’m talking about: exercise.

Where the real time leak is

Movement, big or small, should be part of your day if you want a better quality of life. If you want your energy bar to rise, and your self belief with it, then you need to move intentionally somewhere in your day.

Everyone knows exercise is good for them. The real issue is the barrier between knowing and doing. Most of those barriers come down to the same phrase:

“I don’t have time.”

So let’s look at the one metric that never lies:

Your screen time.

This is the real silver bullet. Unless your career is social media, the hours spent scrolling Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or your personal dopamine slot machine aren’t helping your case.

This isn’t shame. I fall into it too. I’m pointing it out so you can see that “no time” usually isn’t the full story.

No gym? No problem.

Another barrier I hear from people is “I don’t have a gym membership,” or “I can only go once or twice a week.”

Fine. That’s not a deal-breaker.

Let me introduce you to the world of home workouts.

A $30 pack of bands.
Your bodyweight.
Thirty to forty-five minutes.

Pair that with one or two full gym sessions a week and some basic nutrition structure, and you will see progress. Not theoretical progress; real, visible progress.

More importantly, you build belief in yourself.
You traded comfort for effort.
You proved you can follow through.
That confidence spills into everything else: mental, emotional, physical.

Here’s what I’m giving you today

At the bottom of this email, you’ll find:

– A free 4-week workout program you can do with bands and bodyweight
– A list of high-ROI nutrition habits that actually move the needle

And I’ll be upfront with you: after I give you the free resources, I’m also going to offer you coaching.

Not because you can’t find information elsewhere, you can ask chat gpt for a meal plan and some workouts.

But information isn’t what people are missing.

It’s accountability.
One layer (yourself) is good.
A second layer (a coach and a community) is great. And IMO mandatory after living it as a client and providing it as a coach.

That second layer is what I’ve watched change people’s lives more than anything else.

It’s not magic

It might feel like it once you get moving, but it’s really just structure.
A system that’s been tested, refined, and repeated.
